I've always stated as clearly as possible when I was reviewing a book or other product that was given to me. Thus, I don't think the new law will affect me much and it seems like a good idea.
However, what I may start doing that I haven't done before is to make a similar disclaimer when I review books or products purchased with my own funds that I have NOT received that item for free.
